All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Each item is manufactured individually after purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Natural Variations
Subtle variations in surface, texture, and finish are inherent to the handmade production process and are not considered defects. Color appearance may vary depending on display settings.
