All Shultzo works are handmade in small editions. Each piece is individually assembled and may carry subtle material variations — these are part of the work’s character, not defects.

Return Window

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at shultzo3d@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Conditions

The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition with original packaging.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend a tracked and insured service.
Items showing signs of use or damage cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve this at no additional cost to you.
