Each piece is individually assembled and may carry subtle material variations \u2014 these are part of the work&#8217;s character, not defects.<\/p>\n<h3>Return Window<\/h3>\n<p>You may return an item within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at <a href=\"mailto:shultzo3d@gmail.com\">shultzo3d@gmail.com<\/a> with your order number and reason.<\/p>\n<h3>Conditions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition with original packaging.<\/li>\n<li>Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend a tracked and insured service.<\/li>\n<li>Items showing signs of use or damage cannot be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Refunds<\/h3>\n<p>Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n<h3>Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/h3>\n<p>If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
