All designs, objects, images, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Shalom Buberman.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used in any form, including commercial use, without prior written permission.

The purchase of a physical object does not grant any rights to reproduce, duplicate, scan, cast, or commercially exploit the design.

Permitted Use

Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only.

Any form of replication, digital capture, reverse engineering, molding, casting, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Product Nature

Each item is produced individually. Subtle variations in surface, texture, and finish are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shalom Buberman shall not be liable for:

• Improper use of the product

• Damage occurring after delivery

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Warranty

No express warranty is provided.

If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, it will be addressed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
