Refund Policy

All pieces are produced on demand and are not held as stock inventory.

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

This policy is based on the nature of the work:

• Each piece is manufactured individually after purchase

• Items are not mass-produced or stocked for resale

For these reasons, items cannot be returned or restocked.

Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

In such cases, we will:

• Replace the item, or

• Issue a refund, depending on the situation

Important Notes

• Subtle variations in surface, texture, and finish are inherent to the production process and are not defects

• Color appearance may vary slightly depending on display settings
