Centaur is a modular sculptural design object.
It is formed by combining articulated elements from Study I and Study II into a hybrid configuration.
The system supports multiple poses and compositions while maintaining a clear, unified structure. The resulting forms suggest a figurative relationship reminiscent of a centaur, balancing abstraction with recognizability through proportion, stance, and mass.
Like the previous studies, the sculpture is fully modular, articulated, and poseable. Individual elements can be reconfigured, allowing the object to shift between stances and proportions while maintaining a coherent sculptural presence.
Centaur continues the exploration of movement, balance, and tension through minimal means. It is conceived as a contemporary design object — part sculpture, part system — intended for display, interaction, and quiet observation.

Materials
• Material: PLA, Silicone and Polyurethane cords
• Finish: Matte
How it's made
Designed, 3D modeled and produced using computerized tools, including 3D printing. Elastic silicone and polyurethane threads are integrated to form joints and connective elements, followed by minimal hand-applied finishing.
Each piece is assembled by hand in my studio, Minor variations may occur as part of the process.
